Honu Memories

Sea turtles have always been one of my spirit animals and I love watching them come up on the sand to sunbathe in the afternoons and clear the critters from their shells. They represent longevity, endurance, protection and good luck.

This piece is watercolor and acrylic ink on paper, mounted on wood panel, varnished and finished with a layer of wax for further protection.
